  1. Fergal O'Callaghan says:

I really enjoyed the club competition. People at it were very helpful and friendly. There were some fantastic images on display. Personally I enjoyed the Limerick Panels very much. Both black and white and colour contained some lovely images. Portraits seemed to feature very strongly in the winners. They weren’t as memorable for me as some other outstanding and creative images.

  2. Great to see the results and the panels online so quickly – thanks Darragh.

  3. Marie Phelan says:

Thanks a lot for making all the panels available and so quickly. It is a real pleasure to be able to look at all the panels again.

  4. Fabulous to see all results & panels posted for all to see. Darragh, congrats on a job well done.

  5. Darragh Sherwin says:

Brian, thank you but it was a collective effort of Deirdre Gaffney, Trudy Stafford, Sarah Nix, Mark Sedgewick and myself that lead to a very successfully run National Club Finals, Darragh

  6. Hugh Rooney says:

Having been involved in club photography since the very early days, it is sad to see that club competitions seem to be totally dominated by portraits nowadays – where has the creativity and willingness to try something different gone. Quite ridiculous to see entire panels of portraits entered – are we just glorified professional photographers now.

  7. Adrian Parkinson says:

The judging of the distinctions was at a very high standard, congratulations to the judges on a job well done .
    Adrian

  8. Very well done to winners but I think it’s time we saw some other clubs taking the title. It’s getting sort of boring, Dundalk, Drogheda, Dundalk, Drogheda, Dundalk……….
