There's just over one month left to enter this years Tallaght International Salon of Photographic Art. Not only is this a great salon with a well establish reputation, it's one of the events which is recognised as an Irish qualifier for those seeking FIAP distinctions via the IPF.
Multiple Sclerosis Ireland, in association with the Irish Photographic Federation, are currently running a competition seeking images for their 2015 Calendar which will be sold to raise much-needed funded for its services.
The closing date is midnight on Sunday August 31st. Due to short notice we received, we ask those members interested to get involved immediately in this very worthwhile project.

This international competition is organised by the Natural History Museum in London and BBC Worldwide and its 100 award-wining images from the tens of thousands entered are printed and open for public viewing at The Chq Building in Dublin and is the first time the exhibition has travelled to Ireland.

Admission is free and the exhibition is open seven days weekly: Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and 12 noon to 5pm on Sundays. The exhibition runs until 4 January 2015.
