This form allows you to complete your club affiliation, or to separately update your club contact information, your club constitution or your insurance certificate.
Club affiliation with the IPF runs from January to December, and the affiliation form is expected to be completed in December of the prior year. For example, clubs fill out the form and pay the fee in December 2025 in order to be affiliated for 2026.
Clubs must be affiliated in the current year to enable their members to participate in IPF competitions and to benefit from a reduced fee for distinction applications.
Affiliation with the IPF requires payment of the relevant fee, verification of public liability insurance and presentation of a club constitution.

Important note: Please add the club name as a reference in the payment. It allows us to more easily associate the payment to the club.
