Unstoppable Dundalk win once again!

Congratulations go to Dundalk Photographic Society who once again claimed the title of overall winners of this year’s IPF National Club Championship and the highly coveted Rosebowl trophy.  For the individual awards, congratulations to Michael O’Sullivan from Cork Camera Group who won best colour print and Seamus Costelloe from Kilkenny Photographic Society who won best monochrome print.
This year 24 clubs competed for the top prize and with standards rising year on year, it proved another fierce battle with many outstanding images on display. Congratulations to every photographer who was represented on their club’s panel – given the standard of club photography in Ireland at the moment, that is in itself a fine achievement and we look forward to seeing more outstanding images next year.
Thank you to Competition Co-Ordinator Darragh Sherwin for all his hard work organising the event. Thanks also to all those who assisted him, including members of Mullingar Camera Club.
