We hope you are all working on sequences for the 34th Irish Photographic Federation’s National Audio Visual Championships 2016. The event will be held over the weekend of 15th & 16th October at Áras Chrónáin Ionad Cultúir, Clondalkin, Dublin and entries are now open for 2016.
Entry form, rules and identification sheet have already been circulated to AV Group members and are available for download below. Like every other IPF national event, much preparation is undertaken and we would urge you to attend if you are submitting sequences as then you will see the standard and hear the judge’s advice. This year we are delighted to welcome Keith Leedham, a multi award winning AV worker, who judged some years back when hosted by Shannon Camera Club. You will have an opportunity to see his work over the weekend.
We are also now open for applications for AV distinctions. The AV distinction sitting will be held on the Sunday of the AV Weekend. The AV distinction application form and further information is available over on this link.
Aras Chronain is the venue once again and we look forward to returning. There will be an evening meal on the Saturday night and light lunches will be available on both days.
