Congratulations go to Drogheda Photographic Club who have just been announced as the winners of the 2016 IPF National Club Championship Competition and with the win, the Sean Casey Memorial Trophy returns to his home county for the first time. Catchlight Camera Club took the runner up spot while Dundalk Photographic Society took the third place spot.
For the individual awards, congratulations to John Butler from Drogheda Photographic Club who won best monochrome print and Chris Ducker from Dublin Camera Club who won best colour print.
This year the number of clubs increased to 25 and the exhibition of the panels on our newly commissioned display stands looked amazing. Congratulations to all photographers who represented their clubs and produced outstanding panels of work.
A big thank you to Competition Co-Ordinator Darragh Sherwin for all his hard work organising the event. Thanks also to all those who assisted him, including members of Mullingar Camera Club.
