15th Nature Projected Images Biennial – INDIA, Bangalor
The FIAP Nature Bienniel was held this year in Bagalor, India and Ireland had an entry. This entry was chosen from images entered in the 2009 and 2010 IPF national nature competition. The Irish panel consisted of 20 digital images and 10 prints from 20 different photographers. A key part of the nature bienniel is cohesion and this year the Cohesion themes chosen are “Insects of the Burren” and “Nature Outings”.
This year the Irish entry did extremely well coming 8th in the Projected Image section and 6th in the Print section. Well done to all photographers whose work was featured. As well as being placed 6th and 8th, both sections were awarded honorable mentions, which means that each individual image is awarded an honorable mention.
