Dear Club Officer,
At our upcoming AGM on May 18th 2014, it is proposed that our draft constitution which has been endorsed by council, is approved by the members i.e. the affiliated clubs. The new constitution, presently in final draft form is the culmination of a prolonged review by a working group from Council since December 2012.
With the publication of a draft version of the constitution on this website, we have taken on board several constructive and valuable contributions from various clubs and individual club members, all of which is deeply appreciated. A huge investment of time, consultation and reflection has gone into this process.
I am seeking your approval of this new constitution on Sunday May 18th.
