Dear Club Officer,
In the light of much feedback from member clubs following publication of the draft constitution on this website recently, Council has decided to defer a final vote on the proposed new constitution to the AGM scheduled for Sunday May 18th in Mullingar.
On behalf of Council, I am very grateful to everyone for the interest shown and feedback received to date. I believe further meetings on this important matter within many clubs are ongoing and much appreciated at this end. I look forward to hearing from these clubs within the coming weeks in order to give the Constitution Working Group adequate time to reflect and redraft as appropriate in advance of our next Council meeting in April.
The EGM scheduled for Feb 22nd in Kilkenny will not take place.
