The finals of the IPF Photographer of the Year Competition 2015/2016 take place on Saturday February 20th at The Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny. The competition this year is once again very generously sponsored by Canon.
Judging will begin at 10am and will be carried out by an international panel of three very experienced judges;

- Rikki O’Neill FPRPS MPAGB FIPF Hon SPF
Judging is open to public viewing and the judging sessions is free of charge to attend. We encourage all photographers to attend as it’s a great opportunity to not only view the judging process, but also to see some gorgeous images and find out what it takes to win at national level!
All images in the final have qualified from regional qualifying rounds around the country and we wish all photographers the very best of luck.

There will be a break for lunch and other shorter breaks throughout the day as necessary. We expect to be finished by approximately 5pm. Given the nature of judging, it is not possible to provide an exact schedule for the day or fix break times.
Dinner
The following day, Sunday February 21st, the finals of the IPF Nature Photographer of the Year Competition take place.
