Agenda for the Weekend

Saturday, 16th April 2011

Distinctions:

  • Registration will take place from 08.00 – 10.00 hours
  • Judging will commence at 10.30
  • Lunch break 13.00 – 13.30
  • Judging and Award Ceremony 13.30 – 17.30

National Club Finals – Club Monochrome Panels
Monochrome panels must be displayed between 08.30 and 10.00
Judging will commence at 10.30
Judges will give their comments on Sunday afternoon at 15.00
Images must not be removed from the display boards until permission is given. It will then be possible to display the Colour Panel in readiness for judging on Sunday morning.
Dinner
Dinner has been arranged for the Creggan Court Hotel for 19.30 hours. If you wish to reserve a place, please email Sarah Nix at nixsar@gmail.com as soon as possible, giving your name, club name and number of people in your party. Cost €20 per person.

Sunday, 17th April 2011

Annual General Meeting
The IPF Annual General Meeting will commence at 10.30 hours. All clubs should be represented
Agenda:
1. Adoption of standing orders.
2. Adoption of minutes AGM 2009.
3. Reports.
4. Financial Reports.
5. Adoption of reports.
6. Election of Council Members
National Club Finals – Club Colour Panels
Colour panels must be displayed between 08.30 and 10.00
Judging will commence at 10.30
Lunch 13.00 – 14.00
Judges will give their comments at 15.00
Award Ceremony will follow the judges’ comments.
Images should not be removed from display boards until permission is given
Canon
A guest speaker from Canon will attend at 14.00 hours to show some of his work.
Come along and enjoy the week-end. Please be quiet while the judging and commentary is taking place.
