The IPF is pleased to announce details of the National Shield Competition for 2022.
This year’s event will be a digital competition with a live presentation of panels, images and an awards ceremony at the Horse & Jockey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, on November 26th. More details on this to follow in due course.
As COVID_19 has not gone away, it was decided that this year’s competition will be digital, simply to provide flexibility in the event of a Covid surge that might prevent us from having the live awards ceremony. It is anticipated that we will return to printed panels for 2023/24.
Prior to uploading images, clubs are obliged to register and pay the entry fee of €60. To do this, please follow this link https://irishphoto.wufoo.com/forms/k14ojd8v007bmz1/
Once the online system for the competition is set up, the relevant link to the online entry system will be emailed to all clubs. It will also be published on our website www.irishphoto.ie , facebook page and newsletter. The format of the competition has not changed from previous years. See below for a copy of the rules.
