Leigh Preston FRPS, MPAGB, EFIAP from Midland Counties Photographic Federation has agreed to judge the competition in place of Roger Parry who is unable to attend because of a work commitment. There will be an informal get- together evening of Friday 23rd September and a venue to be decided
The websites below provide information about various accommodation options for the weekend:-

There is a limited amount of accommodation in Holywood. Bangor and Belfast both have a plentiful number of B&Bs, Guesthouses and Hotels. Crawfordsburn and Helen’s Bay are en route from Bangor to Holywood. There is a 30-minute train service from Bangor to Holywood.
If you decide to stay in Belfast, accommodation in the University Area or the City Centre would be suitable. The University area is convenient for Botanic Station and the City Centre is convenient for Great Victoria Street Station from both of which there is a 30-minute train service to Holywood via Belfast Central. The train journey time from both Bangor and Belfast to Holywood is 20 minutes or less.
If you have any difficulty in finding suitable accommodation or need further advice please let me know.
It would be helpful for planning purposes if you could let me know how many members from your region are likely to travel to Northern Ireland for the weekend or for the day.
Best Wishes,
