Please note that the members of the IPF are its Affiliated Clubs and Societies in good standing with the organisation. Each club will be entitled to have two of its members represented at the AGM, one representative to vote on behalf of their club/society and one representative to speak on behalf of each club/society.
Motions or matters for discussion must be submitted in writing not less than 14 days before date of the AGM, that being February 7th, and must be submitted by the secretary of affiliated clubs only. To submit, please use the contact form on our website and select ‘General’ from the options available.
All motions / matters for discussion must be approved for submission by the committee of the club.
The IPF Zoom Administrator will forward the invitation link to the AGM Zoom meeting two weeks before the actual event to the secretary of each affiliated club/society.
There are currently 19 members on the Council, and the Constitution allows for a 25 person membership, therefore there is an opportunity for clubs to nominate new members to Council at the AGM. New members are always welcome to come on board to support the work of the National Council.
